Google Fails To Encrypt Android Devices
As we all know, nobody is perfect in this universe, so if you think that all the operating systems we communicate are perfectly protected, then it will be better for you to think again. That is because 95% of iPhones already have their data adequately encrypted, which is the most important protection you can have today. While on the other hand, Android devices have only 2% protection against iPhones.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the reason for this significant difference is the result of Google’s fragmentation(breaking or being broken) of the operating system. Still, Google is promising that they will solve these problems and mentioned that little had been done so far, leading to difficulties in implementing encryption in OS mainly due to the platforms’ modified versions developed by the companies.
The encryption is present in iOS devices from Apple. Wh to give you a clear idea of the difference in Android, this technology only comes with version 6.0 Marshmallow, which is still limited and available for significantly fewer devices.

Suppose the information found in the developer version of Android is accu. In that case, Google may begin to separate your operating system 2 to 1 containing the base system and one containing the interface and tools. There is no doubt that the situation is worrying for the users of Android devices, but Google assures that this should no longer be a problem for so suppose.
What does this mean for the platform?
The core operating system would be one in all devices, despite the changes made by the OEM companies. This would allow companies to create tools with greater freedom and without fear of harming the Android functionality and would give Google the ability to launch significant updates to the devices without entering into a fight with the interface.
Somehow many users may think that a company like Google is compromising its security for its users, which may affect their Android users and lead to the migration to iOS. Even if this happens, however, the situation is not okay for Google, as we all know that the plan which Google described is fruitful, but it will take a little long time to execute the solution. Until that users are not running the latest version of Android, Marshmallow 6.0, their devices will remain unprotected.
